Parental Control Issue IOS 26

Apps that are exception to the age rating (like 18+ for 9 year old.) randomly close. This is because the app closes randomly as the device thinks it need to be approved for exception (says so in App Store) before it realizing shortly thereafter that it was already approved and it puts it back in the Home Screen. This can be quite infuriating when you are in the middle of a thing and it closes.
