Unwanted music playback on MacBook Pro when walking by with Apple Watch

I already have selected "open Mac with Watch" which is fine, but sometimes when my MacBook Pro is off and closed, and i walk by with my watch on, the MacBook will start playing my music without any prompting from me. How do i fix that? I did this for security but if it turns on my Mac just by walking by thats not very secure. Help.
