Whatever certificate is being presented by this “community discussion platform” server is being judged invalid, or there is something unexpected with connection or server authentication arising here. And no, not private relay.

Private Relay is a privacy-focused means of obfuscating the source and destination of a connection, and is unrelated to certificates and certificate authentication.

I have met some cases where the network servers within Private Relay get tangled, and briefly toggling Private Relay off and back on again usually resolves that issue. But that doesn’t show up as invalid certificates.
