Sudden disappearance of Safari tabs and tab groups

Out of nowhere all my tabs and tab groups disappeared. I had a bunch of stuff there and now I can’t remember half of it. Is there a way to get them back? My back up is from January of this year so that’s not an option. I don’t know how to solve this.
