Change Archive folder in Mail for Exchange account

I use both Mac Mail (version 16.0) and Outlook in the browser, with an Exchange account. When I archive a message it appears in different locations:

Archive in Mail -> goes into a folder called Archive

Archive in Outlook Web -> Goes into a folder called Arkiver ("Archives" in Norwegian)

I'm trying to make them go into the same place, so it's easier to browse through the messages.

I have tried these things:

* If I change the language in Outlook, all the other folders change name, like Sent Items, but the archive is still called Arkiver and is separate from the Archive folder.

* I can't find a way to create a rule based on the folder, to move the messages, neither in Outlook nor Mail.

* There is no option in Mail under mailbox behavior to change the folder, like described many places on the web. Probably removed from Mail, or doesn't apply to Exchange accounts.

* There is no option in Outlook to change the folder, and I can't delete Arkiver

I hope someone can help out with a work-around.
