iPhone 13 Mini 3.5 mm adapter volume too high

Hello,

I have a IPhone 13 Mini and an Apple Lightning to 3.5 mm jack adapter. Connecting headphones is far too loud even on the lowest possible volume, with or without ‘Reduce Loud Audio’ or ‘Reduce Loud Sounds’ turned on.

Context: The most time I spend on my phone is listening to podcasts and I have multiple good non-Bluetooth headphones I’m not going to stop using
