Every since I upgraded to the Iphone Pro 17, media downloads initiated in Safari will fail to completely download in the background. (Larger files)
I upgraded my iPhone 15pro to ios 26 and now it has the same issue.
Im wondering if this is something written into IOS 26 to avoid overheating and or throttling?
After searching it seems others noticing the same thing. Hoping there is an update to address this.

Safari Downloads Stalled:
A. Perform a Force Restart:
There may be pending downloads. So, save what need be, and then Force Restart your iPhone.
B. Report this to Apple Support:
So, do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue. Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of this, if you don't report it to them.
