Old email address shows on shared AirTag

When my wife shares an AirTag with me using either my phone number or email address, it works fine on my end (uses the correct email address as the shared address), but on my wife's phone, under Share AirTag, it lists an old email address of mine that's been inactive for years. My contact card on my wife's phone does not list that email address nor does that email address exist in her contacts.

The AirTag will share just fine, but anywhere from a few hours or days later, the shared AirTag disappears from the list of items on my Find My.
