Siri not working with Chat GPT after update 18.7.1

I turned on Apple intelligence when it became available. Eventually I set Siri’s default to use Chat GPT to answer complex questions. Ever since the update to iOS 18, Siri has not been able to access Chat GPT, even though I have a paid subscription. How can I reset Apple Intelligence so that Siri works properly?
