Looking for extremely accurate mouse

Yup. After focusing on a mouse with a high resolution/DPI/tracking spec, it comes down to what works for you. And that's mostly what feels good in your hand. A mouse that's too small or too large for your hand will always feel clumsy.

I also don't need the extra buttons various manufacturers slap all over the place. Useful for gamers, maybe, but not for my use. The M330 has three buttons. Left, right, and the center scroll wheel is also a button, which I always assign as a double click. That's all I ever need.

Warning on the M330. Logi redesigned it. Our older one works with their software no problem. A new one (which we sent back) isn't recognized by their own software! How dumb is that? Which is too bad because the shape fits my hand perfectly.

The higher the optical resolution of the mouse, the more accurate it is. That's about all you need to know when making a decision of which wireless mouse to use.

Personally, I've always used Logitech mice. Currently an M330. But multiple Logi mice through about 45 years of photo retouching. Plenty accurate enough for masking and anything else.
