When a person with an Android Motorola sends me a voice text message and I click on the person to listen, it will crash the app. I am able to reopen app but if I click on them again it will crash the app. The only way for me to be able to text them again is to delete their contact and re-add them. I can open other peoples messages. How can I fix this? I have iPhone 13 Pro and am on iOS 26.0.1

Was this sent to you via SMS or RCS? It should tell you above the message, like this:

Don’t know. It crashes and closes so I can’t see it. My carrier is Xfinity and theirs is Verizon. They have android Motorola
Have you found a fix for this yet? I reported a bug and have been having this issue ever since I updated to iOS26.
