MacBook Pro M4 Pro Not Recognizing Apple 1407 Monitor via Thunderbolt apple T2-3 Adapter from Apple

Apple 1407 monitor work fines with older Macbook air. Does not recognize with new M4 Macbook pro 16.

I have tried two brand new Apple Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) to Thunderbolt 2 adapters.
