Beats Studio Pro Faulty ANC

I’m experiencing a persistent air/wooshing sound in the left earcup, along with occasional crackling/popping during playback. This happens with all devices and sources I’ve tested. The ANC seems inconsistent and sometimes the sound feels distorted or hollow. My Beats are under 1 year old, well cared for, and I haven’t dropped or modified them.

My Beats Studio Pro are covered by the UK 1 year limited warranty, if the Staff on the Genius Bar at the Apple Store can replicate this issue on the spot, what is the chance of my Beats being replaced on the spot?

I honestly need them for work & media purposes.
