I´ve taking a photo with my iphone 16. I have to make the photo more light, to about 80 dpi. There sight were i shall use it doesn´t take to heavy photos. I don´t have photoshop.

dpi is meaningless unless you print. You can adjust pixel x pixel resolution and/or image compression with Photos or 3rd party apps.
You can export the photo as a jpeg and set the JPEG Quality to Low and see if it meets your goals:

To make an image file smaller in size you need to compress it or reduce the pixel dimensions. DPI has nothing to do with it as you've already been told. Find out what pixel dimensions or file size is needed and we can help you further.
"dpi" means dots per inch. So without knowing how many inches, we can't decide how many dots (or pixels) you can have. Can you find the number of pixels you need?
Sorry I was wrong. It´s about kb. Original photo is 501 kb. I have to make it max 80 kb.
