Screen Time keeps activating despite remaining time on iPhone 14 Plus

My dad put screen time on my phone, I have 1,5 hour for Snapchat and TikTok combined. I have a IPhone 14 Plus. Sadly the screen time keeps activating even tho is have lots of time left on those apps. I already checked for updates on my phone, I restarted my phone and we restarted screen time but nothing helps.
