Returning Defective Apple Pencil Pro
Hi! My orders just got arrived yesterday and my apple pencil pro is not working. It states 0% and I charged it for hours and it didn't increase. Then I try to restart and reconnect but it has difficulty in reconnection. Then, when it connects again, it says 17% so I tried to charge it more for hours, but it stuck on that and it disconnects. When I try to connect it again, it says 0% again. Then, i connected it again and leave it for 8 hrs but when I look on it, it looses connection and the battery stays on 0%. I am really disappointed because this is my first time purchasing an iPad and apple pencil in Apple PH website. I already call the landline number stated on the return part of my order but the generated call only gives me the same link and procedure. Hopefully, I can return it :(
