Debit card information hacked through iPhone

Every time I add debit card information into the phone the bank account is hacked every time. We’ve ordered 3 cards and I don’t feel comfortable doing that again. I called a number on my phone a while ago turned out I called scammers so I believe my phone is hacked in some way since then. Help! What should I do
