Disable or modify calling using Siri

Apple's Siri voice recognition is abysmal. My phone calls people when I am leaving completely unrelated notes in Reminders in my phone, that don't include anything that sounds like, "Call Person". How do I get my phone to double-check with me before phoning anyone?
