Tahoe update - The bookmarks toolbar is illegible when you first open Safari

Favorites in the bookmarks toolbar are almost impossible to read on the default start page. The white text against a clear/transparent background is very difficult to read. Bookmarks on the start page should be easy to reference so you can quickly get to the pages you need or have saved. See example below:
