When I sign into App Store I get a red 1 in settings app. When I sign out it goes away. Did reboot phone which didn’t help. Also does same thing on another iPhone. Have tried everything. It goes away when signing into iCloud also.

And so what happens when you click on the settings to see what the red 1 is?
There is nothing there. Software is all up to date. Zero notifications there.
Apple support couldn’t figure it out either I have an open case that was escalated with them with no fix.
