Apple Watch is telling me I’m pregnant

Since my last period, my Apple Watch has started telling me that I’m pregnant. I’ve looked on the Health app on my iPhone and it’s not listed as a factor anywhere. However, on my Apple watch when it gives me my weekly summary it has said for the last two weeks that I may want to consider changing my goals as my pregnancy progresses. I’ve just received my October challenge and it is ridiculously easy (double my move goal twice in the month). When I look on the period tracker app on my watch and click on the information, I’ve attached a photo of the information it gives me. I’ve tracked back to 9th Feb but there’s no recording of a pregnancy. I don’t understand why it’s only just started saying this to me in the last two weeks, very odd. I’ve been tracking my periods as normal and they show on both my watch and my phone. Can anyone help please?

Have you tried going into the cycle tracking section and making sure your factors don’t say you’re pregnant? Mine automatically made mine say I was pregnant because I had typed the word in my emergency info during my last pregnancy, it somehow updated my health record and it never turned itself off. It said I was over 1000 days pregnant lol.
