iPod touch restore error 4013 & 2009

Hello!

I got an iPod touch 5th generation for free a couple months ago and after taking it to the club a couple of times it ended up stuck in recovery mode and no matter the cable, or computer (tried 3 lightning cables, and my brand new Lenovo Windows PC and a 2010 21.5' iMac) it hasn't been able to get past these errors.

Every time I try (including in DFU mode) the iPod will begin to look like it's restoring, with the Apple logo and a spinning wheel, but after it reboots, it automatically goes straight into recovery mode, stopping the recovery process.

What can I do?
