Sleep Focus not working after ios26

Has anyone else noticed a bug with Sleep Focus after updating to iOS 26?

I didn’t change any settings, but now my watch doesn’t dim/shut off after the wind-down chime like it used to. The only way to dim the screen is to put it in Theatre Mode.

Here’s what I’ve already tried with no luck: • Checked that Dim Watch is ON • Deleted and redid Sleep Focus • Toggled Dim Watch on/off • Unpaired and repaired the watch. Settings are correct on phone and watch. Restarted twice,both devices.

Still no fix. Anyone else experiencing this? Any solutions? TIA

Try the following:

Restart Apple Watch - Apple Support

Force restart iPhone

Same for me. Actually my old Apple Watch 9 with Watch OS 26 worked well but after transferring to ultra 3 it started to fail. I am disappointed Apple could not fix this issue in the released Watch OS 26.1 update.

Having a similar problem. My screen will dim and stay off however my hourly chime will still go off and every hour my watch wants me to stand up. I end up now sleeping without my watch on.

also last night text messages and phone calls came through that weren’t supposed to. I think there’s some kind of glitch in he new iOS.

Same issues with the watch. Plus this morning the phone was also not in sleep mode
