Siri doesn't seem to be accessing microphone

I had just reset my iPhone because I was having a lot of software bugs, and after restarting my Siri no longer works. The bubble that appears when hailing it doesn't react to any sounds even though the orange light appears saying that my microphone is being used. I've tried everything on the official help page and it still doesn't work.
