I’ve just (yesterday) generated a personal voice on my MacBook. It works fine on the MacBook but it isn’t accessible on my iPhone. Both devices are connected to the same iCloud account, and I’ve turned on Share Across Devices. I can’t see any steps I might have missed.

I guess I’ll just have to go through the process on my phone and generate a second voice.
Thanks, when I check Sign In and Security on the MacBook it indicates two-factor authentication is on. On my iPhone it doesn’t explicitly say ‘on’ but when I tap the button it lists my other devices with ’verify using’.
