Unable to Submit Appeal for App Rejection

I’m trying to appeal a recent rejection for my app Cartha AI (iOS), but every time I attempt to submit an appeal I get this error message:


“An error occurred and we’re unable to process your appeal request for the following app(s): Cartha AI (iOS). Please go back and try again. If you continue to have issues, contact us.”


I’ve retried multiple times and cleared cache/cookies, but the error persists. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a workaround, or do I need to escalate this directly to Apple Support?


Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
