14 pro Digital AV Lightning Adapter not working post-IOS 18

I have iPhone 14 Pro and iPad using Apple lightning to Av

Adaptor (HDMI) and nothing works. It does recognize the adapter and when it

does it said it cannot use accessories. When I use a 3rd party

mirroring app it does not see anything attached. I cannot figure it out. Has

anyone found a fix?
