hello! I’m having an issue right now in App Store it says “cannot connect” even though my wi-fi is just fine… and it only works on my cellular data. I’ve tried everything but nothing works. I hope anyone can help me out because I’m in the middle of academic crisis 😭

Solution:
Go to WiFi option > Configure DNS > Choose Manual > In DNS Server, click green + sign > 1.1.1.1
Hello! If your ISP is converge - saw this in reddit and tried it just now, App store is now working over wifi.

Same thing happened to me less than 24 hours ago. I tried connecting to mobile, start update and switch back to WiFi. The update pushed through but after that, it reverted to the “not connected” notification.
I am having this kind of issue also, hoping that it can be resolved
My issue suddenly got resolved the day after I posted here.
