Why do my apps keep disappearing

my guardian approved my music app (I use Amazon Music) and yet it still randomly disappears but when I go to the App Store to open the app is says I can’t open it because it is restricted but it won’t give me the option to request an exception what am I doing wrong and how do I fix this?
