iPad 17.7 not sending screen time request notifications

Hello, my son has an ipad 17.7, and recently no notifications for screen time requests are being sent out. I have a macbook, and iphone, both of which used to get notifications, neither of which get them anymore. Family is set up, as is screentime on both devices, but nothing it getting through.
