Blank App Store page for certain apps on iPhone 16

There are certain apps that I can find on the Store in the Browser on my PC or via search engines, however when I try to open these apps in the App Store all I get is a white popup page with no error whatsoever.

Searching for these in the App Store from my iPhone 16 yields no results.

My best guess is that the app is not available in my region on Apple's App Store.

I can see these apps on Android store for the same region though?

So I thought that developers forgot to allow my region for these apps on iOS.

However, contacting support of these apps, all the companies state the same : "Contact Apple with a feedback to allow the app in your origin". As if Developers themselves have 0 control over it, whether an app will be available or not in an Region.

Is this true?

If so how can I contact Apple regarding this issue?

I recently purchased a device that has iOS app which can be used to control it - that's the only way. But I can't download this software as I only see blank page when I try to do so and App Store doesn't even show the App in the Search Result. My friend from Germany does see the app though.

I have searched but I get no results back, so is this a rare issue or a common knowledge on iOS?

Is there something that can be done?

I've already tried switching the region on the iPhone itself, but that didn't help.

Should I change my region on the account tied to the iPhone instead?
