Unable to subscribe to creators on Instagram

so in 2024 i subbed to a creator but got kicked off the subscription by the creator and shortly after her account got deleted (liv schmidt) and now when i try to subscribe to other people on instagram subscriptions, it won’t let me. it says make sure im signed into apple and i am. on my other instagram account it lets me subscribe but not on this one. pls help.

it says “ something went wrong. Make sure you're signed into the App Store and check your network connection.”
