Apple server side V2 notifications for InApp purchase not received.

I am facing issue in receiving apple server side notifications. Notifications are still sent to V1 url. I have below setup

URL on appstore connect is updated.
I am using StoreKit-1 on iOS.
V1 URL is receiving notifications.
V2 receiver is having valid credentials for key-id and Authentication Key
