Delayed photo syncing in shared iCloud library

My family has a shared photo library, and apple won’t ever sync the photos right!

This is so frustrating and tiresome!

Recently my father uploaded 1059 images and it’s been more than 5 days, images show as updated from their side but won’t reflect on my side of the shared library!

When I sync it, it says SYNCED WITH ICLOUD JUST NOW

Any help for that?
