Hello Matisha25! Installing apps like WhatsApp and Amazon Prime is possible through a web browser or through the Mac App Store.


WhatsApp Desktop (Mac app) is free to download directly from WhatsApp’s website or the Mac App Store. You just log in by scanning the QR code from your phone.

Amazon Prime Video app (Mac app) is also free to download from the Mac App Store. But to actually watch shows/movies, you need an active Amazon Prime membership, which is a paid subscription.
