Missing 5k photos on iPhone
I had over 5k photos on my phone and now I am only seen 124 HELP HELP

You haven't given us much to go on. What else was happening with your phone and your Apple Account recently? (The word "recently" in the case means "since you last had those 5K photos on your phone".)
Have you loaned your phone to anybody? Has anybody had access to your Apple Account?
Does your phone have iCloud Photos enabled? Did you enable it recently?
Do any other devices have access to the same iCloud Photos library? Have you tried to remove photos from any of the other devices recently? Does anybody else have access to any of them?
Has your phone suffered any physical damage? Has anybody tried to repair or restore it?
