Repeating Calendar notifications missing on iPhone 16

On my old iPhone 12, I never had any issues with calendar notifications but now on my iPhone 16, I am having a very interesting issue. Single time reminders come through perfectly normally but when I set a reminder to repeat daily it just doesn’t come through, like it never existed. Hopefully someone can help me since this is really annoying.
