Unauthorized app installation and mirroring on iPhone

My phone has been displaying bizarre behavior. It has been mirroring my phone without my permission and apps like Koder and Mirror have been downloaded onto my phone without my permission. I believe my phone has been hacked.

Post a screenshot of what you see at Settings > [name on top], and scroll to the bottom to see the list of devices. Don't need any personal names if those are included.
