Missing FaceTime effects on iPhone SE 3rd gen

I have a Iphone SE 3rd gen, it’s less than a 2 old and , and I recently updated it its IOS 26 and before it its was IOS 18 in which also i had the same problem. My friend and I were talking and I realized I lacked all the effects i was able to use reactions like heart, ballon, thumps up but i was not able to use the filter and the animal face filters she had. Where are my effects?
