Trouble recording with Positive Grid Spark Go

I'm have some trouble trying to record guitar tracks using my Postive Grid Spark Spark Go as an audio interface hooked with my original USB-C/USB-C cable. Altough my Mac (MacBook Air M3) is recognizing the Spark Mini as an input and output devices, when I click the record button it doensn't record anything, just a little noise. I've tried the Garage Band and the Audacity and the results are the same: nothing, only a little bit noise. The funny thing is that when I've tried to record with the native simple Mac Audio Recorder, the line that I was playing on my guitar was recorded, a lot clipped and noisy, but was recorded. Do you guys have any clue about that? Ps: sorry my english.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 15.6
