Why ios 26 spatial photo in iphone 16 plus is not working

Fixes That Worked:

1. Use Wi-Fi Instead of Mobile Data For some reason, Spatial Photos only load when I’m connected to Wi-Fi. Switching from cellular to Wi-Fi fixed the loading issue for me.
2. Disable “Reduce Motion” Go to Settings > Accessibility > Motion and turn off Reduce Motion and Motion Blur. These settings can interfere with the parallax effect.
3. Check for Apple Intelligence Download If your device supports it, go to Settings > Apple Intelligence and Siriand make sure Apple Intelligence is downloaded. This seems to help with Spatial Scene rendering.
4. Update iOS & Restart Make sure you’re on the latest version of iOS 26. Then restart your device to clear any temporary glitches.
5. Low Power Mode Off Spatial Photos won’t work if Low Power Mode is enabled. Go to Settings > Battery and turn it off.

isn’t it because Apple Intelligence components aren’t loaded with iOS 26 as they should be for newer iPhones supporting it? This is what I can read on my 16e in Settings > Apple Intelligence and Siri (see screen capture). It means that although I just did the iOS upgrade using 5G I should now use WIFI (why?) to download every Apple Intelligence components, some probably needed to fix our issue… Being without WIFI on holidays I can’t verify it alas…

no use …. Still not working ,very bad

I have the same problem on my iPhone 16

i tried every everything but it not still working and it’s so annoying

Same symptoms on my IPhone 16e while everything is working like a charm on my wife’s iPhone 13…
