Please fix the iOS 26 issues, I use this phone for trading, I can’t handle the overheating and lagging, I already lost loads amounts of money because of the lagging

No one here can fix anything. This is a user to user only forum. If your phone is overheating and lagging, have you checked your Battery Health? Both issues you've described are symptomatic of a battery which may be failing, not necessarily an issue with iOS 26. Open Settings > Battery > Battery Health - if your battery health is close to or below 80%, the battery in your iPhone needs to be replaced, which will solve heating and lagging issues.

This recent update has been a nightmare. It has drained my battery excessively over a short amount of time, and most frustratingly, there are moments when I can't make/receive texts and phone calls. The screen occasionally freezes as well, causing me to restart my phone over and over. Lately, there have been a number of older texts that I deleted more than a year ago that are showing up as new. I thought at first that my phone was crashing out on me and that I was being manipulated by Apple into having to purchase a new one, but I'm coming across a ton of video about this recent update and the similar problems others are having. Being unable to make phone calls at times followed by a "call failed" note, I want to take a moment to thank Apple (strong sarcasm) for selling me a very expensive radio.

I do not use haptics except on silent so I noticed that my phone had silenced post-update immediately. I know you said your case muted the phone, but my case isn’t anywhere near the buttons. I still flipped it off and on just to be sure but it was still vibrating. I assumed it was something new but after an unsuccessful tour of the settings, I gave up. About an hour after the update, I turned the ringer off and then on again…then it worked. What I am not seeing is reports of the phone sleeping right away. My battery charge is fine, and I checked my settings to see if I was in low battery mode. Nope. Suuuuper buggy.
