No one here can fix anything. This is a user to user only forum. If your phone is overheating and lagging, have you checked your Battery Health? Both issues you've described are symptomatic of a battery which may be failing, not necessarily an issue with iOS 26. Open Settings > Battery > Battery Health - if your battery health is close to or below 80%, the battery in your iPhone needs to be replaced, which will solve heating and lagging issues.

I HATE this new update! It has made my phone complicated and even just closing a search is a pain!

The vast majority of the millions upon millions upon millions of users who are on iOS 26 aren't here, because they're not having issues with iOS 26. I certainly don't have any issues.

If you are risk verse, update to 18.7 then wait for 26.1
Same issue. Reset. Issue still persists.
Im having similar issue. i can receive calls but cannot make outgoing calls. My network provider failed to resolve the issue as well.

Ever since the update iMessage and FaceTime won’t work. Restarted many times and when I turn on iMessage it says activation unsuccessfull. Apple support has no solution for this

Same. Shut off entire phone twice then it worked but it’s still hard to swipe.
Since I downloaded Ios26, my phone goes to airplane mode and I have to enter the pin code every morning.
Ever since I updated to iOS 26, I haven’t been able to make call nor use my internet to browse but I can only receive calls. When I try to make calls it will be showing me call failed😢
Because of IOS 26 my iPhone starts turning off and it will switch on after couple of hours by it self
After updating to IOS 26 my camera quality changed it is a bit blurry it’s no longer the same
