How can I use asterisks in my music titles on iTunes?

I am using Tunecore to distribute my original music to stores including iTunes. I am wanting to spell the "F" word in the song title and in the artwork, but I want to include an asterisk in it instead of spelling the word itself. Tunecore is telling me that iTunes won't allow me to censor the spelling of the word, but when I search for the F word in the iTunes library I see loads of songs spelled using an asterisk. Can someone tell me how I get around this?
