Can i still get my inapp purchase that was part of an unpaid balance?

A While ago I tried to buy some stuff in an app, didn’t have enough for the tax and I just paid the unpaid balance. Can I still get the in app purchase that I tried to buy earlier after paying the unpaid balance?

iPhone 14, iOS 18

Was it listed as a pending purchase? If it was then it should be made available to you once you paid. If you do not see it then simply buy it normally.

It was an in app purchase, I did buy an app earlier and got the app after I paid the unpaid balance but I didn’t get the in app purchase.
