Three monitors in extend mode with 2024 M4 Mac Mini

To save on plugs I wanted to get a hub that can take care of two HDMI monitors off of one thunderbolt port; the 1st monitor is using the Mini's HDMI out.

All the hubs I'm seeing can only do Mac in mirror mode, but I want a hub (preferably under $100) that can do two more monitors, extended (A, B, C).

Does anyone know of such a hub?

Thanks,

Matt
