Error 'Account Services Unavailable' when re-adding Apple Card to Wallet on iPhone 14 Pro

I'm trying to re-add my Apple Card to Wallet on my iPhone 14 Pro but I receive the error message "Account Services Unavailable.” I removed the card hoping to correct “touch to pay” which has not worked since updating to iOS 18.6.2 on 08/22/25. ???
