iPod nano 2nd gen shows white screen after syncing with iTunes

Hey!

So I've found my old Ipod nano generation 2 and charged it and found some things wrong with it and I was curious if you all could help me

So its getting detected by my apple device software on my computer (Windows 10) but when I try adding songs to it using I tunes or the apple device finder but it will either show me the pop up telling me I've added all my songs and my ipod only shows a white screen

(Yes I have tried resetting it and factory resetting it)

can anyone help me?
