How do I sync Calendar app between my MacBook Pro and iPhone without using iCloud?

I want my MacBook Pro and iPhone 13 to sync my Calendar (Mac Calendar software/app). I do not want to use iCloud, pay money, use Google, use other accounts, etc. I just want they to sync automatically through wireless. Is that possible? Thank you.
