have a question about the camera iphone 16e- all taken photos looks like an ii postprocessing. how i can turn it off?

all taken photos looks like an ii postprocessing: after a few seconds when i opened a new photo i see that an image is changed- it becomes more contrast and sharpness. some details, faces and inscriptions is distorted.

how i can turn it off?

for example pic before and after the shot.

and pic before and after a few seconds before the opening.
